Vice President of Business Development
Bennett B. Williams is the Vice President of Business Development for The Kaleidoscope Group. He has over 15 years of business development experience. Ten of those years have been spent in recruitment marketing where Williams worked with organizations to develop recruitment marketing plans, employer brand, and identify technology that could best fit a company’s hiring process. Prior to coming to Kaleidoscope Group Williams was Director of Client Services at Shaker Recruitment Advertising and Communications and Vice President of Business Development at Peoplefilter Technology.
At Shaker, Williams managed client services and developed recruitment product offerings in areas such as response management, diversity management, employer branding, and public relations specific to HR. At Peoplefilter, Williams was responsible for identifying a la carte technologies and services that could enhance the overall Peoplefilter Applicant Tracking System’s product and service offerings. He holds an MBA from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.
