Chris Georgas currently serves as the Director of Client Service for The Kaleidoscope Group and has been with the firm since 1994 working in multiple capacities. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of client service and diversity. Prior to joining Bea Young Associates in 1994, Chris worked for two years as a corporate and real estate paralegal for a small Chicago-based law firm. Today, as the leader of Client Service for The Kaleidoscope Group, Chris oversees and ensures superior service delivery and client partnerships across all industries. She consistently plays an integral role as a member of client engagement teams which serve Kaleidoscope Group’s client organizations. Her knowledge and expertise provide client organizations efficiency and support through the creation of customized strategies that address the specific diversity needs of clients leading to organizational change. She has extensive experience working with client business partners to support the delivery of many services, which include mass education roll-outs, cultural assessments, designing and delivering strategic consulting. A sample of her client experience and partnerships include: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Coca-Cola Enterprise, CNA, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, John G. Shedd Aquarium, McDonald's Corporation, Nationwide Insurance, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, Provena Health, Sara Lee, The Federal Reserve Banks, and several nonprofit social service/government agencies.
Chris also serves as an internal leader of Kaleidoscope Group as an Executive Management Team Member. She is highly engaged with the strategic direction of the organization. Some of her skills are utilized to develop and enhance new and existing products and services for the marketplace. She also plays a key role with the selection and development of internal and external staff and associates and collaboratively partners with Kaleidoscope Group strategic alliances.
Relative to her community involvement, Chris works actively as a leader for Girl Scouts of America since 2005 and is currently supporting the newly developed Kaleidoscope Group Youth Practice to assist underserved youth in the Chicagoland and surrounding communities. She is a proud wife and mother of 3 children and resides in Chicago, Illinois.
Chris earned her degree in paralegal studies from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies in 1992.
