Lisba Romo-Martinez serves as the Marketing Manager for The Kaleidoscope Group a full-service diversity consulting firm. She is the key contact for managing marketing strategies, overall processes and outcomes. She contributes to the creation of marketing/sales goals, activities and materials. She ensures the day-to-day implementation of all marketing projects.
Lisba’s primary responsibilities include securing speaking engagements, managing all marketing events hosted by The Kaleidoscope Group such as diversity webinars and workshops, and overseeing an inside sales team of four people. Lisba provides support and direction to The Kaleidoscope Group sales team. In addition, she plays a role in the newly developed Kaleidoscope Group Youth Practice designed to assist underserved youth in the Chicagoland and surrounding communities.
Lisba has over seven years of marketing experience. Prior to joining Kaleidoscope, Lisba was the Marketing Coordinator/Operations Support at United Financial Mortgage for three years. Previously, she worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Human Resources Department of the Boys and Girls Club for three months.
Lisba received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Robert Morris College. She is currently a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRP) Diversity Committee. Lisba is a motivational speaker for young Latinas and is a quarterly writer for the Girlfriends Health Guide for Women of Color Magazine.
Lisba enjoys reading, dancing, writing poetry and participating in cultural events. She assists her mom with creating hand crafted jewelry.
