Inside Sales Representative
Jeffrey Dean Harris is an inside sales representative for Kaleidoscope Group’s Business Development Team. He has responsibilities of securing speaking engagements, managing the database for client management, securing appointments with potential clients and keeping potential clients aware of the many client solutions offered by the Kaleidoscope Group. Jeff also coordinates the internal speaker bureau to ensure speakers are available for all necessary engagements seeking Diversity and Inclusion expertise. As one of the newest members of the Kaleidoscope Group team, Jeff brings energy and enthusiasm to his work which enhances the collaborative and inclusive environment of the organization. He has built a strong alliance with both local and national SHRM chapters providing speakers for monthly meetings and annual conferences at the local, state, and national level.
Jeff is a graduate of Oak Park River Forest High School and currently pursuing a business degree from Harold Washington College. Jeff is an avid basketball player and the proud father of a new born baby boy, Julian Douglas Harris. Jeff’s goal is to continue pursuing his education to help one day become a public speaker himself.
