Nickolas Gil is the Creative Manager for The Kaleidoscope Group, a full service diversity consulting firm based in Chicago. He has worked with Kaleidoscope Group over the past 3 years designing and managing creative projects, Marketing and starting a Youth Practice for children across the Chicagoland area.
Nickolas has enjoyed a freelance Graphic Design career that spans more than 6 years, leaving him experiences in areas of multi-cultural marketing, design and nonprofit development. Nickolas Graduated from the College of Liberal Arts at Southern Illinois University.
He has participated in Career Days for Morton East High School and spoken on issues dealing with Latinos, diversity, leadership and communicational design.
