Kasia Ganko-Rodriguez is a Consultant and Facilitator for The Kaleidoscope Group. Kasia delivers diversity education programs to leadership and employee audiences, manages client engagements, conducts organizational assessments, and co-develops global diversity strategies for her clients. Through leveraging diversity and cross-cultural expertise, Kasia seeks to maximize business outcomes for The Kaleidoscope Group’s clients.
Kasia has worked with clients that include Caterpillar, City of Evanston, Nationwide, NEORSD, Outward Bound, Provena Health and T-Mobile. Additionally, Kasia conducts research and writes articles for The Kaleidoscope Group’s newsletter in various diversity areas. She has co-authored articles published in National Career Development Association, Career Voice International and Valuation Insights & Perspective, published by Appraisal Institute.
In 2005, Kasia moved to Chicago from Poland to work for Career Performance Strategies (CPS), an organizational training and consulting company. As part of her engagement with CPS, Kasia co-designed instructional materials on emotional intelligence for business leaders and assisted in the design of various other training programs. Driven by her passion for diversity, she then joined The Kaleidoscope Group in 2006.
Kasia grew up in Warsaw, Poland. She holds a Master’s of Arts in American Studies with a concentration in Cultural Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She received both degrees from the University of Warsaw. She has also completed a graduate study program in Psychology of Intercultural Relations at the Warsaw School of Social Psychology and is a certified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory assessment. Prior to becoming a consultant, Kasia instructed ESL courses at two of the leading language schools in Poland – English First and Worldwide School. Kasia is fluent in English, Polish, proficient in German and can converse in French.
