Elizabeth (Liz) Vagell is Senior Vice President leading client relationship management for The Kaleidoscope Group. Liz is responsible for business and account development through creating and leveraging business opportunities; building client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. She oversees and ensures superior service delivery and client partnerships across all industries. Her knowledge and expertise provide client organizations efficiency and support through the creation of customized strategies that address the specific diversity and inclusion needs of clients leading to organizational change.
Liz has extensive experience working with large and small client business partners to support the delivery of many services, which include mass education roll-outs, cultural assessments, designing and delivering strategic consulting. Clients value Liz for her ability to quickly build relationships, understand business needs and provide outstanding follow through.
Prior to recent experience in Human Capital Management, Liz spent over twenty years in strategic business development positions within the technology consulting industry, leading agile, collaborative work teams to meet specific client needs across a variety of industries. Several key accomplishments include:
- Initiated, established and grew strong client partnership with a Top 50 (DiversityInc) pharmaceutical corporation in the office of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). Responsible for client satisfaction and contractual negotiations, working with a team of highly talented consultants in the design, development and delivery of a multi-year blended learning D&I curriculum program.
- Managed three of the firm’s five major accounts (healthcare; pharmaceutical) including ownership of the client relationship, developing account strategy, and working with the sales and delivery support functions associated with these accounts. Responsible for driving complex contract negotiations to completion working with SMEs and delivery areas within the firm.
- Managed the operations of a Dallas-based Technical Center, consisting of a team of 20 highly skilled consultant employees and one manager supporting outsourced and project-based delivery solutions for the firm’s largest pharmaceutical account as well as for the firm’s federal government client.
Liz is a member of Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA). In her spare time, Liz enjoys family time, trying new recipes, being outdoors, reading and movies.
Liz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Gettysburg College. She is also the recipient of a Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) professional award, which is given to women who have made significant contributions to industry in management or executive positions.
