Cliff Bailey is the Executive Search Practice Director for The Kaleidoscope Group. Cliff has more than 20 years of experience in executive search, from a search consultant, to Division Manager training and supervising staff recruiters, to Vice President for a major retained search firm.
Prior to joining The Kaleidoscope Group in 1999, Cliff worked with a few noted executive search firms in various management positions conducting a wide range of assignments in the areas of construction, real estate, finance, accounting, sales and marketing, IT, health care, human resources and various engineering disciplines.
Cliff's success in executive search has largely been due to his ability to network and maintain key relationships with clients and candidates. Clients have included Eaton Corporation, Provena Health / Saint Joseph Medical Center, Burger King, McDonald's Corporation, Walsh Construction Group, Amdahl Corporation, Owens Corning, Gilbane, Ameritech, Amli Realty and Turner Construction Company.
Search assignments have included Vice President Planning and Development, Director of Pharmacy, Senior Vice President Human Resources, Manager Finance Projects, Corporate Treasury, Director Voice/Data Communications, National Sales Manager, Director, Environmental Services, Director, Corporate Financial Reporting, Vice President Construction Operations, Director Consumer Market Development and Vice President Network Systems.
Cliff earned his B.A. degree from Lewis University where he was a member of the three-time national championship baseball team and he referees high school, college and professional basketball. He is the moderator for Ace's "Business Network A'Fair" and is the former President of the Chicago Chapter of the National Sales Network.
