Developing Diversity Skills is phase II in the diversity education process.  Developing the skills and mindsets to communicate and work productively with people from many different cultural backgrounds is essential to realize the overall goals of every organization.  In this session, participants will have the opportunity to practice critical skills necessary to create effective and productive relationships with everyone.
